How I work

I start close to reality.

I listen to the people nearest the work. I use data without letting metrics hide what is actually happening. I find the real question. Then I build what answering it requires.

An unnamed record is a full record.

I don't list clients. Discretion is part of the work. I work for principals, the people who hold the capital and carry the decision.

A major healthcare institution

Executive advisor to the CEO and trustees, and the bridge between them on strategy, governance and growth. I reframed the strategy for an education initiative that reached 35 states.

The highest levels of government

As executive director of the Rabin Alliance, formed after Prime Minister Rabin's assassination, I was in the rooms where the decisions were made.

One of America's leading family foundations

I worked directly with its chair. I conceived the initiative that became a global network of leaders across 47 countries.

American institutions

My work has reached both houses of Congress, the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security. I worked on a national veteran suicide-prevention initiative with leaders connected to the White House and the Joint Chiefs. Through the Emergency Volunteers Project, I helped link American first responders to Israel.

A long habit of the frontier

My career has run alongside new technology, from global marketing for an Israeli technology company to gigabit fiber, cybersecurity and now AI. I helped advance a cybersecurity mission to Israel with 33 Fortune 50 security chiefs. For fifteen years I have mentored a researcher in the field, and I keep pace with where it is going.

Also: I founded and lead Ziv Partners (October 2023), supporting humanitarian healthcare in Israel's north. Past Chair, Palm Beach County Advisory Commission on Women. A longtime judge and mentor for founders.

I'm an American, raised in Skokie, Illinois, and based in Boca Raton. My work runs from American boardrooms and civic life to America's alliances abroad, including the Abraham Accords.
