Let's build the future you can't see yet.

Anyone can hand you a strategic plan. I help families, founders and principals see what their giving could become, and then build it.

“How come I don't know you?”

People ask me that a lot. The honest answer: by choice. I've always been passed hand to hand, never put on a shelf. My best work happens face to face, because it rests on trust and relationships. Change now moves fast enough that more people need what I've learned. So now I'm widening the circle.

I.When to call

You'll recognize the moment.

  • Put your name on what lasts.

Media hits are easy to buy. Outcomes are not. Trust me with the effort you care about most, and I'll show you where it could reach greater impact and alignment. If you want help growing it from there, I'm in.

  • After an exit, a long career or a loss, you want what comes next to matter.

What you invest in next can say more about you than what you sold. It can also carry forward the memory of someone you love.

  • The conflict came to your door.

A campus, a company or a community divides overnight. Crisis firms manage the headline. I help the board fix what caused it, then build what comes next.

  • The family foundation needs a leader, not a staff.

I can lead the whole foundation, or the one initiative closest to your heart. Either way, it is well governed, lean and quiet.

II.Why me

The world now moves faster than most institutions, and most consultants, can decide.

Heads of government keep a strategic counsel close. I have been one. As an Executive Partner, I have long played the same role for CEOs, boards, founders and families.

I work where government, capital and technology meet. My work has reached more than 60 countries, with America and Israel at the center.

AI can write the plan. Only judgment and experience can tell you if it's right.

III.Ways to work

Counsel at the level of the decision.

  • Executive Partner

    Monthly retainer

Standing counsel to a CEO, board chair or principal.

  • Foundation Leadership

    Part-time, ongoing

I lead your family or private foundation, part-time.

  • The Next Chapter

    Ninety days, fixed

After a career, a loss, an exit or a sale, we decide in ninety days what you'll build next, and who should build it with you.

IV.Sessions

Serious decisions. A room that leaves laughing.

I design and lead each session myself, and can join on short notice.

  • The Briefing

    Private events, dinners, boards

Mine starts with your questions and covers Israel, the region and the wider geostrategic picture. Guests leave knowing where they matter, what they can do and what it means for their next decisions. Off the record.

  • The Decision Room

    Boards, leadership teams

One real decision, made together. The room leaves relieved, the team stronger.

  • The First Hour

Boards, family offices, schools · twice a year

A resilience exercise. Your board learns how it will act under pressure, before it has to.

  • The Billion‑Dollar Question

    Retreats, boards, families

Guests leave seeing what giving should build, and who can be trusted to build it.

“She should be paid a million dollars for this.”

V.The record

An unnamed record is a full record.

I don't list clients. Discretion is part of the work.

  • A major healthcare institution

Executive Partner to the CEO and trustees, and the bridge between them.

  • One of America's leading family foundations

Counsel to its chair. Led its global grants portfolio. Conceived a network of next-gen leaders across 47 countries.

  • American institutions

The White House, both houses of Congress, the State Department, Homeland Security. Executive Partner to the founders of a leading institute on extremism as they launched it.

  • A long habit of the frontier

Gigabit fiber, cybersecurity, now AI. Led a cybersecurity mission to Israel with 33 Fortune 50 security chiefs. For fifteen years I have mentored a researcher in AI.

Past Chair, Palm Beach County Advisory Commission on Women. Longtime judge and mentor for founders.

VI.Israel

Counsel to those who shape Israel.

  • Strategic counsel to Israel's prime minister, who also served as minister of defense, and to other government ministries
  • My Israel work began with the mayor of Jerusalem
  • Led the Rabin Alliance, carrying forward the vision of Yitzhak Rabin, Israel's only prime minister to be assassinated

I know what makes a society strong enough to hold its sovereignty and be a light unto the world.

VII.About

I was raised in the Midwest and have lived in Israel, New York, Oklahoma, Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta and now Boca Raton. That range is why I'm at ease in a boardroom, a ministry or a family's living room.

I'm an optimist about change and about what technology makes possible. I connect where giving starts to what it grows. Serious work, done with humor.
